1 Definitions and Introduction

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are given below. Understanding these definitions is important for interpreting these terms correctly.

• "6rwon" / "Platform" — Refers to the online gaming and betting service, website (6rwon.lat), and all associated digital services operated under the 6rwon brand.
• "Member" / "User" — A person who has created a registered account on the 6rwon platform or is using the service.
• "Account" — Each member's own personal gaming account, through which they access the platform.
• "Balance" — The total of real money and bonus credits held in a member's account.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — A financial stake placed by a member on the outcome of a game or event.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, cashback, or reward granted by 6rwon.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To participate on the 6rwon platform, a member must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement on your own behalf.
• You are participating in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• 6rwon may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other document to verify your identity.

6rwon reserves the right to immediately close any account registered with false information and to forfeit all deposited funds.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• All transactions and bets made from your account will be treated as your own activity.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 6rwon support immediately.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out at the end of your session.

6rwon will not be liable for account theft or unauthorised use unless the member reports the matter in a timely manner.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

6rwon supports the most popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh:

• Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 for each method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be in the same name.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• 6rwon will not be responsible for withdrawal delays caused by technical errors or banking system delays.

6rwon reserves the right to verify identity on any transaction. Processing may be placed on hold for unusual or suspicious transactions.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

6rwon offers various bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To become eligible for withdrawal, a wagering turnover of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.
• Bonuses are only usable in your own account — they are non-transferable.
• Neither the deposited funds nor the bonus may be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is fully met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
• If an attempt is made to exploit a system error, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 6rwon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier, and a member's tier is upgraded based on their activity.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 6rwon:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If the result of any game is disputed due to a technical error, 6rwon reserves the right to make the final decision.
• If a connection is lost during live casino or sports betting due to a server or network problem, the outcome of any active bet will be determined according to the system record.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• If a member attempts to strategically exploit bonus advantages (arbitrage betting), the account will be suspended.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on inside information in sports betting is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6rwon platform, and immediate action will be taken if detected:

• Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking, manipulating the system, or exploiting any technical vulnerability.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other members.
• Initiating any form of chargeback or payment dispute.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, 6rwon may cancel the relevant account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

6rwon places the highest importance on the privacy of members' personal information. Details on the collection, storage, and use of data can be found on our Privacy Policy page. The key points are:

• Members' personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be used for service improvement, security verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.
• All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the 6rwon platform — logos, designs, software, game content, text, graphics, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 6rwon or its relevant licensors.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without the written permission of 6rwon is prohibited.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer the platform's software or source code is strictly illegal.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

6rwon may suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:
